Oregon pet rescue group seeks help to save 50 wild dogs before they are shot by ranchers
The dogs in question are mostly border collie, Australian shepherd and Shiba Ina mixes roaming on a patch of property about 20 miles south of Burns. They were among as many as 200 that were kept outside in subfreezing temperatures by a couple of longtime renters on the property.
